:: GETTING STARTED :: 12 EASY STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL ORDER ::

  1. Contact us by phone, fax, or email.
  2. We mail signature sheets, one for each teacher, plus a pen to sign with, unless you prefer typeset names for your design. If you want to see additional design ideas, we send them to you as well.
  3. You choose or create a design and send it to us; we prepare a rough proof and email (or fax) it to you for approval.
  4. You begin to promote the idea to your students and begin to take orders.
  5. You return your completed signature sheets, or typeset names list as soon as you can. Typeset names can be emailed in Word, or they can be faxed in a bold print. Signature sheets must be sent by post or quicker service: CANNOT BE FAXED.
  6. We arrange the names into your approved design and send you a final proof.
  7. You check the proof to make sure all student names are represented and the artwork is correct.
  8. Once you give us approval of the proof, you finalize and send the order to us.
  9. We send you an invoice and ask that it be processed efficiently in the proper channels so that payment is mailed within 10 days after receiving your finished shirts.
  10. We screenprint your shirts within 2 weeks of receiving the order from you and ship the shirts freight free via UPS Ground Service. If you need to speed up freight time, we can bill you for the difference.
  11. We notify you when the order has been shipped and the anticipated arrival date.
  12. You receive your order and get ready for many smiling faces from your students!!

:: NAME FORMATS :: SIGNATURES OR TYPESET NAMES ::

Both signatures and all configurations of typeset names are available and cost the same. With large classes, 150 or more, we recommend that we typeset your names as opposed to student signatures. If you prefer the typeset method, we can do this with smaller classes as well. Click the Designs button for examples.
