15 EASY STEPS (CHECK LIST) TO A SUCCESSFUL ORDER: (we will help you every step of the way)

  1. Contact us by phone, fax, or email.
  2. We explain our program & brainstorm design ideas with you--all questions are good questions--and if you want to see additional design ideas, we send them to you as well.
  3. You choose or create a design idea and send it to us; we prepare a proof and email it to you for approval.
  4. You decide on Typeset Names (choose either Name Dot, Names In Columns, or Circular Names) or the Signatures Method. If typeset, you either email the names to us in MS Word, Excel file, or fax them in a bolder, legible font. If signatures, we will mail you "signature sheets" & a special signing pen.
  5. We email you a custom--prepared order form in MS Word ready for you to insert your prices & photocopy & distribute to your senior class.
  6. You begin to promote your shirt project to your seniors & begin to take orders.
  7. You send your typeset name list or return your completed signature sheets as soon as you can. Please remember typeset names can be emailed in MS Word or faxed only in a bold print. As for signatures, please double check that your seniors' signatures have not touched the blue lines, & signature sheets must be sent by post or quicker service: Signatures CANNOT BE FAXED.
  8. We arrange the names into your approved design & send you a final proof.
  9. You check the proof to make sure all senior names (& any Junior class members graduating early) are represented & the artwork is correct.
  10. Once you give us approval of the proof, you finalize & send all of the completed individual order forms to us.
  11. We tally your orders & set up its production schedule.
  12. We send you an invoice & ask that it be processed efficiently in the proper channels so that payment is mailed within 10 days after receiving your finished shirts.
  13. We screen-print your shirts & individually package each senior's order within 2.5 weeks of receiving you order forms from you & ship your order freight free via UPS Ground. If you need to speed up the freight time, we can bill you for the difference.
  14. We notify you when the order has been shipped & the anticipated arrival date.
  15. You receive your order & get ready for many smiling faces from your seniors.
